The role of education in realizing the EU climate agenda

Education is often seen as a key solution to the climate crisis and underlying sustainability challenges. But not just any education. If we do not reflect on what kind of education, then we risk education becomes a part of the problem. In this talk Arjen Wals will outline principles and sketch practices that characterize a holistic, critical and action-oriented approach that can empower and equip people to meaningfully contribute to realizing the EU Climate Agenda.
